Her practice is grounded in restraint allowing natural rhythms and organic lines to take centre stage, her work speaks to the quiet perseverance found in both nature and the human spirit.
Tamara is an advocate for the use of art to promote better mental health. She is passionate about teaching others how to use art to help alleviate stress and anxiety.
Tamara's work is celebrated by collectors across the world. She has also published two books with Penguin Random House titled, A Doodle a Day Keeps the Stress Away and A Drawing a Day.
